ABOUT SOPAAN

Today's youth hold the power to reshape our society's narrative, for we see beyond the confines of tradition and embrace the winds of change. Our voices echo with a demand for justice, our actions fuel the flames of progress. In the face of society's issues, we stand as beacons of hope, heralding a future built on empathy, inclusivity, and boundless possibility.

To speak about issues of society the Institute of home economics,delhi university's students has started a student society named "SOPAAN" which means ladder as the main aim of sopaan is to create a ladder or a medium to vocallize, senstize and bring changes in our society.

SOPAAN deals with social issues, which include woman rights,child rights, environmental issues , gender equality, and any issue that you can think it persists in our society and needs to be changed.

In SOPAAN, we have members who are vigilant towards the issue and have the passion to bring change not just by saying but working to bring change.
